We offer 4 different types of classes
Pilates Equipment Class
- Group Class and Private Lesson
- Group classes have maximum of 7 clients
- Both group and private sessions use Reformer, Tower, Chair, and ARC Pilates equipment
Mat Class
- Vinyasa Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre Pilates, Fat Burning (interval training) w/ dumbbell, TRX (Total body resistance exercise), and ZUMBA
Flying AERIAL Yoga
- Group classes have a maximum of 10 clients
- Detoxification and balance through flying yoga
- Suspension from yoga hammocks to relieve compression and elongate the spine
EMS Training
- Muscle contraction using electric impulses
- The use of state-of-the-art technology to give all the benefits of a 90-minute workout in just 20 minutes
- 2 trainings per week is recommended
